As Joshua gears up for a landmark clash with Ngannou on Friday, March 8, he reflects on the formidable challenge ahead, drawing inspiration from Ngannou’s near-upset against Fury last October.

In an exclusive interview with Sky Sports, as reported by Daily Post, Joshua expressed his readiness to step into the ring at any time, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to the sport.
“I just feel to myself I will always be here and ready to fight any time,” the 34-year-old powerhouse stated, showcasing his readiness to face Ngannou.
Ngannou’s Impressive Outing Against Fury
Ngannou’s performance against Tyson Fury, especially his ability to drop Fury in the third round of their October showdown, has not gone unnoticed by Joshua.
Despite Ngannou’s loss via a split decision, Joshua sees value in the fight as a benchmark for his capabilities. “He [Ngannou] had a good outing as well against Tyson Fury who is the current WBC champion.
“So I think it will be good for me to see where I’m at,” Joshua remarked, acknowledging the prowess of his upcoming opponent and the significance of their impending bout.
