The absence of Wilfred Ndidi has been bemoaned by Leicester City manager Enzo Maresca ahead of his team’s trip to Leeds United on Friday (today).
The top two teams in the Sky Bet Championship will square off when the Foxes go to Elland Road.
At the top of the standings, the Foxes lead by nine points right now.
The only member of the first team group side injured is Ndidi.
Wilf is the only one at the moment. He’s still got wounds. Wilf is one of our greatest players, or in the best position. We used Cesare when he’s not around,” Maresca said on the team’s official website.
“Now that they’re gone, we’re trying to adjust. Wilf is regrettably still hurt.
